Description

A powerful, gentle, non-habit-forming colon & digestive formula with nutrients specifically selected to increase faecal bulk and normal bowel function. Beet fibre, in particular, contributes to an increase in faecal bulk in two ways: the insoluble components of the fibre increase faecal bulk by absorbing water in the large intestine.

At the same time, bacteria ferment the soluble components in the large intestine leading to an increase in bacterial mass & healthier gut microbiome.

Ingredients

Magnesium sulphate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, sugar beet fibre, Vitamin C from rose hips, citric acid, citrus bioflavonoids, apple cider vinegar powder and fructooligosaccharides (FOS, a prebiotic).Vegetarian Capsule.
Dosage

Take 2 - 4 capsules before dinner, depending on the degree of constipation. Reduce to 1 capsule per day if you get a loose stool, or take as instructed by your health care practitioner

I love all the products I buy.
This tiem is Magnesium Oxy Cleanse, it really does its job! I use it when I do not go regularly to the bathroom. I also take it always on my trips so that I do not get constipated.
I think Magnesium also helps me sleep better... but as I do not use it regularly, just ocasionally I can not be 100% sure.
