I've taken this supplement for a month so far( will conitnue for few months) alongside with anti-candida diet regime I 'm feeling it is working. I’ve experienced a slow moving bowel for my entire life (I’m 38). I have a reasonably healthy diet and exercise routine, but the problem has persisted me. This tiem is Magnesium Oxy Cleanse, it really does its job! I use it when I do not go regularly to the bathroom. I also take it always on my trips so that I do not get constipated.
I think Magnesium also helps me sleep better... but as I do not use it regularly, just ocasionally I can not be 100% sure.
