1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg (a natural blood sugar stabiliser)

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup chopped raw almonds or walnuts (optional: for crunch)

How To Make These Sweet Chocolate Protein Bars

Soften the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and mash into a paste.

Use a food processor to mix almond flour, protein powder, cacao, cinnamon, and sea salt.

Add the mashed dates, almond butter, and coconut oil. Pulse until a dough forms. Add the nuts last and pulse briefly to achieve the desired texture.
